Roots.
Well, it’s official. I have a new favorite restaurant. It’s Coco Tran’s (of Zen Garden) new restaurant, Roots. Located next to sister restaurant Heart & Soy (which I am trying ASAP to boot, and according to Consuming Louisville, it has “fast and casual vegetarian food inspired by street food from cultures all over the world.” ), Roots is a place where you will...

We Yoga.
Holy crap, I feel good! It’s because I just got home from We Yoga a little while ago (Is it ok to say “holy crap” after going to a spiritually moving yoga class?). Cellar Door Chocolates.
As far as writing about Cellar Door…well, it’s not my first rodeo. But I will continue to update everyone on owner/chocolatier Erika “Stonewall” Chavez’s amazing concoctions because they are FANTASTIC. And she’ll soon have a new store opening up in the Galt House, so a lot is happening concerning the amazing-chocolate-heaven-stop known as Cellar Door...
