Cellar Door Chocolates.
The other night when I went to Sondra’s beer celebration at Cumberland Brewery, I met a girl named Erika. We had a great conversation, and then I asked “what do you do?” followed by “I’m a chocolatier.” Then she asked “Do you like salt in your chocolate” followed by my gurgle…because even though I have a more savory palate, salt in chocolate...

This evening, after a nice time buying Laura Fauna clothing at A Very Portland Christmas, Team Awesome decided to go check out a new hot spot in town called The Holy GrALE.
